We are looking for experienced Industrial Electricians to join our international project teams.

The successful candidates will be responsible for electrical installation works, industrial machinery connections and electrical system assembly at customer sites across Europe.

This is a hands-on, site-based position requiring technical expertise, a strong commitment to safety and willingness to travel internationally for project assignments.

• Perform electrical installation, disconnection and reconnection of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Install electrical systems for new industrial production lines, machinery installations and relocation projects.
• Carry out cable pulling, cable routing, cable termination and electrical connections.
• Install and assemble cable trays, cable ladders, conduits and associated electrical infrastructure.
• Perform electrical wiring and connections for industrial control panels, distribution boards, motors, sensors and other electrical components.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Support the installation and connection of conveyor systems and automated production equipment.
• Perform basic electrical testing and verification using appropriate measuring instruments.
• Work closely with mechanical installation teams, supervisors and other site personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
• Follow all applicable health, safety and quality procedures, including site-specific safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Education and Qualifications

• Vocational qualification or professional certification as an Electrician, Industrial Electrician or Electrotechnician.
• Relevant electrical training and demonstrated practical experience in industrial electrical installations.
• ANRE authorisation is considered an advantage but is not mandatory for all assignments.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical installations.
• Proven experience in cable pulling, cable routing, cable termination and electrical equipment connections.
• Experience working in factories, industrial facilities, production lines or machinery installation projects.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical schematics.
• Experience with industrial control panels, motors, sensors and automated equipment is an advantage.
• Experience in machinery relocation or international industrial installation projects is an advantage.

Key Competencies

• Good practical knowledge of electrical installation tools, equipment and safe working practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary international team.
• Strong attention to detail, quality and workplace safety.
• Willingness to travel and work on international assignments, primarily across Europe.
• Ability to work in industrial environments, including at heights when appropriately trained and authorised.
• Good physical fitness for site-based installation activities.
• Valid Category B driving licence is an advantage.
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills to understand work instructions and communicate with international colleagues.
• Flexibility regarding project locations and assignment duration.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: €6 net/hour.
• Daily Allowance: €50 net/day during eligible international assignments.
• Working Schedule: 40 hours per week, with overtime subject to project requirements and applicable legislation.
• Accommodation: Provided and paid for by the company during international assignments.
• Transportation: Organised and covered by the company for international project assignments.
• Employment Contract: Romanian employment contract.
