The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.

We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Electrical Engineer.

THE IMPACT: S/He design, manufacture and maintain electronic systems and appliances.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Translate the specifications listed in the CSP into technical and functional specifications to be sent to the Procurement function to select the most suitable supplier in terms of quality, costs, and timing;
• Produce various types of technical documentation: draft and preparatory drawings, technical sheets, instruction, and service manuals;
• Carry out all functional checks based on the first product samples received from suppliers;
• Ensure all fine-tuning and product finalization activities as required by the specifications;
• Supervise the activities foreseen by the validation plan, collaborating with the laboratory regards the testing and approval of the products;
• Inform the supplier, procurement and logistics on the outcome of the validation plan (e.g. ok to producibility);
• Interface with production for new products launch and technical support for current productions;
• Interface with Quality and After Sales for failure analysis.

• At least Technical Diploma in Electric/Electronics ;
• Full Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English are a must have;
• Good Knowledge of FreeHand and Eplan will be considered a plus;
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office pack (mostly Excel and Power Point);
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the same role;
• Data driven, problem-solving approach, team working and good communication skills will complete the profile.

Compensation & Benefits

The role offers a Level C2 classification under the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria collective agreement, with an indicative gross annual salary (RAL) starting from €27.000, commensurate with experience and competencies, in addition to an incentive scheme and benefits.
