LWP Italia, part of the e-work Group, is recruiting on behalf of a multinational company operating in the Facility Management sector for a:

Senior Soft Services Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Facility Management professional who will contribute to business growth through the design of innovative service solutions, the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, and the support of new contract mobilizations.

The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and international Group functions, contributing to the development of sustainable and competitive service models for the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of technical and commercial proposals for tenders and new business opportunities within the Soft Facility Management sector.
• Conduct technical, operational, and financial analyses to ensure the feasibility, sustainability, and profitability of proposed solutions.
• Assist in the mobilisation, transition, and start-up phases of new client contracts, working closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service implementation.
• Provide specialist support to operations, contribute to process standardisation, and promote the adoption of best practices across the organisation.
• Collaborate with management on strategic business development initiatives and evaluations of new opportunities.
• Maintain close cooperation with international corporate functions, facilitating the transfer of methodologies, tools, technologies, and innovative service models.
• Assess the applicability of global best practices within the Italian market, identifying opportunities to create added value and strengthen the company’s competitive position.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facility Management, ideally within service design, tender management, bid preparation, or specialist operational support.
• Strong knowledge of Soft Facility Management services.
• Proven experience in proposal development, cost analysis, and pricing models.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical mindset, results-oriented approach, and genuine interest in innovation.
