We have managed this because the Elica Group is now in a class of its own in the market thanks to its experience, attention to design, refinement in the use of materials and its interest in state-of-the-art technologies that guarantee maximum efficiency and energy savings. The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.
We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Marketing Manager Poland.
THE IMPACT:
S/He will guide the execution of marketing strategies in the target market, ensuring full satisfaction of local customers and consumers.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Define and manage the local marketing strategy;
- Coordinate local market analysis (price, product, customer, competition) and assess Elica’s current position;
- Identify the current and potential needs of local customers and consumers, providing input for the definition/update of the Group Master Product Plan;
- Develop local business through effective communication and marketing policies consistent with group strategies;
- Ensure proper networking and the development of strategic partnerships at the local level;
- Ensure continuous monitoring of trends to identify and satisfy the needs of local customers, guaranteeing the right product mix;
- Ensure the overall management (profitability, positioning, product life cycle, etc.) of all product ranges in the local reference market;
- Implement product, trade, and consumer communication campaigns developed at group level;
- Ensure the achievement of local brand awareness targets (consumer and trade);
- Manage the brand portfolio at a local level, ensuring a consistent brand image in the reference markets;
- Coordinate locally trade marketing activities related to the organization of events and fairs for all brands;
- Act as a key person in coordinating communication between corporate and the local company;
- Organize product training sessions for the sales community and customers.
- Degree in marketing / business or similar;
- Full Working proficiency in both Polish and English are a must have;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office pack;
- ·Proven experience in electro domestic and kitchen market will be considered a plus;
- Proven experience in sales will be considered a plus;
- At least 3 years in similar role;
- Strong communication skill, proactivity and flexibility will complete the profile.
