Culligan Group, a leading international company in water treatment solutions, is looking for a Social Media Specialist (Maternity Cover).
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to temporarily join our Marketing team during a maternity leave period.
The ideal candidate is a content creator at heart—skilled in producing engaging photo and video content—and an experienced social media professional capable of managing editorial plans, daily channel operations, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
This role requires strong creative skills, hands-on execution, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
Create visually compelling assets using Canva and other editing tools.
Ensure consistent brand storytelling and visual identity across all platforms.
Manage content production end-to-end: concepting, shooting, editing, publishing.
Social Media Management
Build and execute monthly editorial plans aligned with brand strategy and campaigns.
Publish daily content and monitor performance across platforms.
Engage with the community, respond to comments and direct messages, and support social listening.
Influencer & Creator Management
Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with influencers and content creators.
Coordinate briefs, content approvals, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize results.
Requirements
Previous experience in Social Media Management, ideally in consumer brands or digital agencies.
Strong content creation skills (photo, video, basic motion).
Proficiency in Canva, Sprout Social (or similar), Power Points.
Deep knowledge of social platforms, trends, formats, and best practices.
Experience in managing influencer collaborations and partnerships.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
Ability to work in hybrid mode and collaborate with internal teams.
