How your agenda looks like:-Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the HR team in collecting and analyzing personnel data to monitor key KPIs for both Global and Italian populations-Talent Acquisition & Interviewing: Support the full recruitment cycle by conducting CV screenings, managing candidate pipelines, and actively participating in first-round interviews to identify the best talent-Learning & Development: Support the planning and coordination of training sessions, ensuring effective organization of classes and a seamless learning experience for participants-Business Partnership Support: Provide operational support to HR Business Partners in their daily collaboration with functional heads and local managers on organizational topics-Performance & Talent Management: Help coordinate the performance evaluation cycle for the target population, supporting the team in aggregating data and preparing calibration materials.-Organizational Projects: Contribute to the implementation of new ways of working and support management in cascading organizational changes through the Italian and Global structures.
