As an Accountant at NHOA your primary focus and responsibility will be perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. You will report to the Head of Accounting and you will be part of the Finance team, collaborating closely with all the departments, particularly the staff functions.
Your will be primarily involved in: -Perform general accounting and statutory book activities, including intercompany reconciliations and the accounting of trade receivables, trade payables, and fixed asset ledgers. -Support during the registration and processing of invoices. -Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS. -Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and management reports. -Coordinate with external advisors to ensure timely and compliant delivery of financial statements for international subsidiaries. -Liaise with external authorities and statutory auditors and respond to related requests. -Take ownership of the company’s ordinary tax reporting activities supporting and coordinating external consultants on filing VAT reports ad F24 forms and other requested tax reports. -Support other statutory filings.
Requirements: the ideal candidate must have
• Qualified accountant (degree);
• At least 5 years in Accounting (with both local GAAP and IFRS) in international corporations;
• Good command in Italian and English
• discipline and organizational skills;
• excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
• good knowledge of Excel; • ability to prioritize tasks and meet the deadlines; • knowledge of SAP B-One appreciated;
Location: Hybrid Remote (from Italy); Office based in Milano, Piazzale Lodi 3.
