Duties and Responsibilities

As a core part of our marketing team, your role will focus on (although not be limited to):

Creative Direction & Campaign Ownership

·Take creative lead on key brand and product campaigns, translating campaign objectives into strong, cohesive visual direction across all touchpoints

·Develop campaign-level creative concepts, visual systems and assets (email, web, social, print, sales materials)

·Ensure consistency of creative execution across all channels, maintaining Nutrition X brand guidelines and tone of voice

·Work closely with the Director and marketing team to challenge, refine and elevate creative output where appropriate

Project Management & Prioritisation

·Oversee the Asana creative board, managing all creative tasks, timelines and dependencies

·Manage creative priorities alongside the Director, ensuring deadlines are met during peak campaign periods

·Proactively flag capacity, resourcing or timeline risks and propose solutions

Marketing & Digital Design

·Design weekly newsletter and email marketing assets for Klaviyo

·Work with the marketing team to create monthly assets

·Support new product launches by delivering all promotional creative, including:

• USP-led campaign creatives
• Email, website and print assets

Sales, Club & Partner Support

·Create flyers and branded materials for club orders

·Produce monthly Club Partner materials (e.g. infographics, educational assets)

·Design sales materials to support the sales team

Packaging & Print

·Update and manage product packaging amendments across the full product range

·Liaise with printers and suppliers to ensure print accuracy, quality and brand consistency

Previous Experience

·Evidence of designing multi-channel campaigns

·Understanding of brand and brand asset management

·Experience working with commercial brands

·Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications

o(Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, After Effects, InDesign)

Responsible for: We are looking for someone with a creative passion for design and a strong ability to build and manage brand integrity. This role will oversee creation of all online and offline materials: email marketing, flyers, product packaging, website banners, image editing.

Main Purpose: To be an active team member in the Marketing department and to positively impact our brand presence and execution across all channels. Ideally, you will have/be:

·Advanced knowledge of digital design and production processes

·A Brand Specialist and/or Enthusiast

·Creative & Happy to Share Ideas

Fixed-Term Contract for 6 months, commencing in February 2026.

A salary of up to £38,000 per annum.
