As MEI USA continues to evolve and grow the business across North America, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operator.

You will report to our Warehouse Supervisor and assist with fulfilling orders, shipping orders to customers, unloading shipments, and authenticating reports.

Position Responsibilities

• Authenticate receipt of incoming shipments alongside bills of lading, invoices, packing list, or other records.
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Record amounts of materials or items received, attach identifying information and delivery instructions on containers.
• Stack merchandise on racks or shelves for distribution.
• Authenticate receipt of incoming RMAs from customer and process according to the reason of the returning, such as: RESHARPENING, REPAIRS, UW,CREDIT.
• Fulfil customers’ orders and ensure delivery commitments to customers.
• Operate forklift or use hand-truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping-and-receiving platform to storage or work area, receive trucks and unload merchandise.

Educational and Certification Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

•Previous warehouse and/or shipping and receiving experience

•Forklift experience

•Must be able to use a computer

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds

Schedule and Pay:

•Monday – Friday, 10am – 6:30pm

•Total pay range for this position: $18.51 - $27.69/hr.
