We are looking for an experienced Senior UI Designer to join our HMI Design Division and contribute to the design and development of vehicle interfaces for a new, highly challenging international project. Within a multidisciplinary team of designers, UX specialists, and human factors experts, the selected candidate will take care of the visual design and 2D graphics of in-vehicle interfaces, transforming functional specifications and UX concepts into high-quality, production-ready designs. The role involves: - Designing UI components, layouts, and graphic elements for automotive HMI systems;
- Creating visual concepts, moodboards, and style guides aligned with project requirements;
- Producing high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma;
- Collaborating with UX and development teams to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility;
- Supporting design documentation and the creation of visual assets for implementation.

A detail-oriented and creative designer with strong visual sensibility and a passion for digital interface design.
We are seeking professionals with a background in Visual Communication, Product Design, Graphic Design, or Interaction Design, ideally with experience in UI for automotive or complex digital systems. Desired skills and experience- Excellent command of Figma and familiarity with design systems and component libraries;
- Strong skills in visual design, composition, and typography;
- Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methods;
- Experience producing UI assets and documentation for development;
- Creativity combined with method, precision, and aesthetic sensitivity;
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
- Willingness to travel abroad when required to collaborate with international partners.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexibility required to adapt to project needs.
Location: Based in Reggio Emilia, with extensive on-site collaboration abroad, especially in regions outside Europe during the early phases of the project.
