For a leading industrial company undergoing a phase of evolution and growth in international markets, we are seeking a Vice President of Sales EMEA, who will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy across the EMEA region, structuring the organization, and defining medium to long-term growth plans.

This role will oversee sales activities across multiple geographic areas and channels, with direct management of a structured team. The VP will be tasked with developing strategies aimed at increasing market share, strengthening relationships with strategic clients, and optimizing commercial processes.

A crucial aspect of this position will be to promote a cultural shift towards a multinational mindset, introducing international best practices into the organization and ensuring a strong presence with key clients and foreign subsidiaries.

Key Challenges:

• Reorganize and develop the commercial structure, bringing strategic vision and strong execution capabilities.
• Directly manage key clients and channels, ensuring alignment across various geographic regions.
• Introduce new tools and methodologies for sales management, focusing on performance monitoring and integrated planning.
• Strengthen internal competencies and build a managerial team capable of supporting growth plans.
• Be a key player in the internationalization process, with significant on-the-ground presence in foreign markets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial leadership roles within B2B industrial sectors and capital equipment.
• Background in companies with international dynamics or undergoing significant transformation.
• Expertise in managing complex sales, developing sales networks, and direct management of major clients.
• Ability to operate both at a strategic level and with a hands-on operational approach.
• Excellent command of English.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
