Within the Group, CX Data Solutions is the strategic business unit focused on data, AI, analytics and cloud architectures, with the aim of supporting large companies in digital transformation and the adoption of advanced solutions. We are seeking a Sales Executive for Italy to lead commercial and strategic development in our core market. This highly visible role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader with strong technical credibility, strategic vision, and an active network of enterprise clients. Principles Responsabilities - Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Italian market of CX Data Solutions.
- Develop and close complex negotiations by engaging directly with C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Create long-term strategic partnerships with major Italian and international clients
- Collaborate closely with delivery, consulting, and data science teams to build customized, high-value solutions.
- Actively participate in industry events and contribute to growing brand visibility.

Experience and key skills: - At least 5 years of experience in consultative sales of complex solutions (e.g., AI, analytics, digital transformation, cloud, CX platforms).
- Proven track record in managing and closing deals with enterprise clients.
- Activated portfolio of clients in Italy and solid network of C-level contacts .
- Experience with multi-channel sales and in international markets (Italy, Spain, LATAM, United States).
- Entrepreneurial attitude, results orientation and strategic-operational approach.
- Aptitude for working in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Technical skills required: - Familiarity with the main Business Intelligence and analytics tools:
- Tableau , Power BI , Qlik Sense , Board , SAP Analytics Cloud
- Databricks , Snowflake , Azure Synapse , Google BigQuery
- Knowledge of key data architecture concepts (Data Lake, Data Mesh, ETL/ELT pipelines).
- Understanding the application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in business.
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulations such as GDPR is a plus.
Languages: - Native Italian speaker or equivalent.
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
