As an Area Sales Manager Lombardia, you are passionate about creating and executing the sales strategy by developing successful long-term relationships with clients mainly based in the marvellous area of Lombardy.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing the hotels customers’ portfolio.
• Exhibiting your impeccable knowledge of the local area (Lombardy) by proactively identifying, handling and developing local sales relationships.
• Assisting the business in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships to meet the set expectations.
• Supporting the Event Departments by identifying and securing possible sales opportunities.
• Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.
• Supporting our properties in all sales activities and projects.
• Coordinating with the Head Office sales team and with the other hotels’ sales teams.
