Join us as an Inside Sales Team Leader, Welfare and let’s make magic happen together.

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Team Leader, Welfare, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 Inside Business Developers ensuring high levels of motivation, performance and team work, with the goal of leading the team to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.

Your mission:

  • Training and coaching. You will support your team members by providing them with the tools and training needed to improve and refine individual and team performance through coaching, mentorship and on-the-job training.
  • Activity management and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for dividing activities among team members and constantly monitoring their performance through consultation of dashboards and KPI trackers.
  • Sales activities. 50% of the time, you will be personally involved in business development activities by actively contributing to revenue generation and achieving sales targets.
  • Team management and career development. You will be responsible for managing the development of your team members, identifying areas of improvement/strength and building ad-hoc plans for each one for their personal and professional development;



  • Team management. You have 2+ years of experience in Sales Team Management roles.
  • Sales B2B. You have strong experience in managing the entire B2B sales cycle, with a proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Leadership skills. You have strong leadership skills and are able to motivate, coach and inspire team members to reach and exceed their full potential.
  • Analytical skills. You have a data-driven mindset and are able to monitor and use data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement;
  • Communication skills. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and establish effective working relationships, both intra and cross team.
  • Adaptability. You have a goal-oriented mindset and are comfortable with dynamic, fast-paced and constantly changing environments, being able to quickly prioritise between different activities and be a point of reference for the team.
