Our client is a leading marketplace player, we are looking for the: HEAD of OFFICE (Italy)
who will be accountable for overseeing the E2E Jobs business in the area, as well as leading the business development and sales teams. Main responsibilities: •Gain a high level of market knowledge to improve business performance: -Research and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement. -Utilise market insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance business performance. •Lead, develop, and motivate all Sales team members (own and "agenti"): -Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, setting goals and expectations for performance. -Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and capabilities. -Motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. •Be the "reference point and role model in Italy" to apply strategy and policies defined for the Italian market: -Serve as the primary contact person for internal and external stakeholders in Italy, representing the organisation. -Act as a role model for adherence to company values, policies, and standards, fostering a culture of excellence within the Italian team. •Conduct market assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential growth opportunities, including assessing alternatives "buy, build, or partner". •Identify and suggest improvements in all business areas to maximise customer and user value, revenues, and cost or resource optimization •Collaborate in the budget process and follow up through forecasting: -Work closely with finance and other relevant departments to develop and manage budgets for sales and business development activities. -Monitor budget performance and provide regular forecasting updates to ensure alignment with financial goals.
Skills: •Sales-driven profile with 10 years of experience in sales team management •Sales driven profile also rounded with marketing knowledge and business development. •If possible, background B2B, e-commerce or online marketing •Proven ability and experience working on international matrix structures and agile culture companies. •Sales leadership experience together with analytical thinking should be a must have. •Good communication skills with a high level of sensitivity in order to communicate internally with other local verticals as well as solid ability to negotiate, influence and work in a team.
