MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING - FINANCE CONTROLLER REPORTING SPECIALIST

Our client:

For our prestigious client we are looking for MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING - FINANCE CONTROLLER REPORTING SPECIALIST

KNOW HOW

1. Accounting process and document flow which included sales, purchase, fixed asset, expenses, inventory and costing, journal entry and general ledger account.

2. Manage accounting report to provide a proper general ledger, sub ledger and trial balance correctly and accurately, and submit it on Talentia

3. Ensure that accounting recording is accurate, on time and comply with Revenue Department and Group Policy.

4. Maintain company policies and procedure to ensure internal control is in place and safeguard company assets

5. Build and maintain relationships with banks, auditor, under supervision of Regional Financial Controller Europe

6. Compliance with tax and Customs law and regulations

7. Coordinate with related functions for budgetary and forecast preparation, monitoring and follow up with highlight of key area impact to the actual business performance

8. CAPEX and fixed asset reporting

9. Inventory valuation and costing to support both IFRS and local GAAP

10. Finance function on payment to both suppliers and internal employees, manage collection from customers to ensure past due is minimized.

RESPONSABILITIES

Reports on day to day to the Plant Manager/Reports to the Regional Financial Controller - Europe - Responsible for all accounting and finance function including reporting and analysis - Internet Banking System for bank statement and at first level for payment submission - Track all checks activity - Inventory valuation and costing to support both IFRS and local GAAP - Ensure that accounting recording is accurate, on time and comply with Revenue Department and Group Policy - Finance function on payment to both suppliers and internal employees,manage collection from customers to ensure past due is minimized. - Inter Company invoices and confirmation according to Group Financial policy and schedule - Balance Sheet reconciliation - Bank reconciliation - Financial Report submission on Talentia according to Group Policy and Group Financial Calendar - Work close with Plant Manager to ensure payroll data submitted for payment is accurate - Internal Control according to Group policies - Tax filing monthly, semi-annually and annual tax with compliance to Revenue

KNOWLEDGE

1. Initial training: Internal software; internal accounting software TS

2. Required experience: 5/6 years in a similar position; Experiences in financial reporting, inventory and costing

3. Sector knowledge / activity sector: Economic studies; Full knowledge of accounting standard both IFRS and local GAAP

4. International experience: It is a plus

5. Foreign Languages: English fluent

6. Software tools: internal software;

Workplace: Pastrengo (VR)
