About the Company: for an innovative and digital reality, which designs, manufactures and supplies a sustainable AI based technological solution for the 3D automated optical inspection of assembled printed circuit boards, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a HCP Engineer. Core responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize algorithms and data structures to leverage the full potential of hardware platform Optimize existing and future software performance through code profiling, debugging, and tuning for multi-core processors, accelerators (e.g., GPUs), and distributed systems Collaborate with software engineers, researchers, and domain experts to integrate HPC solutions into domain-specific applications Support products through lifecycle Must have: Degree in Computer Science, computer engineering or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in software development focused on performance optimizations Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java and C++ High proficiency in spoken and written English (B2-C1 level) Proficiency in parallel programming models and libraries (e.g. CUDA) and data pipelines Nice to have: Computer Vision Artificial Intelligence Version control systems (e.g., Git) Location: Mendrisio (Svizzera, Ticino)
