For a 5 Stars Luxury Resort in Venice, we are looking for a F&B Manager, who will oversee 6 restaurant outlets.
- Oversee daily F&B operations.
- Develop strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
- Analyze the food and labour costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise F&B staff.
- Collaborate with culinary team to create innovative menus.
- Manage inventory and procurement to optimize profitability.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- At least 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in 5-star luxury hotels.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of luxury trends and best practices.
Location: the position is based in Venice. Employment type: full time, permanent contract.
