descrizione	For a client company that is a leader in the Integrated Photonic Circuits sector, we are seeking a Senior Photonics Engineer. The selected candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of programmable integrated photonic chipsets, used for the acquisition, transmission, and processing of optical data at the speed of light, ensuring the scalability and energy efficiency of the solutions. Within the team, the candidate will be responsible for: Designing and developing photonic sensor modules Implementing and optimizing broadband data transmission Collaborating with the engineering team to integrate PhotonCore™ Conducting tests and analyses to ensure quality and reliability Developing detailed technical documentation Proposing improvements to enhance energy efficiency Degree in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, or related fields Proven experience in the design of integrated photonic circuits Proficiency with CAD tools for photonic chip design Strong knowledge of optical transmission technologies Skills in CAD design Knowledge of optical transmission technologies Good written and spoken command of the English language This job posting is open to all genders (Italian Legislative Decree no. 198/2006) and complies with the provisions of Article 10 of Legislative Decree no. 276/2003.
