We have managed this because the Elica Group is now in a class of its own in the market thanks to its experience, attention to design, refinement in the use of materials and its interest in state-of-the-art technologies that guarantee maximum efficiency and energy savings. The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.
We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Junior HR Generalist (Internship).
THE IMPACT:
S/He support the HR team in delivering efficient HR operations, with a focus on expatriate support, global mobility, and administrative activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance across processes.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide operational support to expatriates during international assignments;
- Support global mobility activities, including relocations and documentation;
- Support HR administrative tasks and personnel data management;
- Assist with core HR operational activities (contracts, employee records, compliance);
- Assist in compensation and benefits administration;
- Support the Organizational Development activities with use of HR tools.
- Master’s degree in Economics, Law or similar (Master in human resources management will be considered a plus);
- Proficiency in both Italian and English is mandatory;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and database management (Excel);
- Familiarity with HR software systems (preferably SuccessFactors) will be considered a plus;
- Proactivity, analitical mindset, willngness to learn will complete the profile;
- Previous experience will be considered a plus (curricular or thesis).
