What You’ll Do- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies and lead the design process using 2D and 3D CAD software
- Define product codes, generate bills of materials, and develop manufacturing routings
- Support prototype development and contribute to testing and qualification processes
- Drive product industrialization in close collaboration with production, quality, and logistics teams
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and quality plans to support product validation
- Continuously improve design and manufacturing processes to enhance product performance and efficiency
- Take part in R&D initiatives focused on the development of new products, innovative solutions, and advanced materials
