We represent a solid international organization engaged in the distribution of premium products within the wine & spirits industry. We are seeking an Administrative & Commercial Back Office, based in Germany, to ensure effective oversight of operational, administrative, and logistics activities related to the DACH market.
This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth administrative, logistical, and operational management of commercial activities between the German office and the international network, guaranteeing efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness across all processes. Key Responsibilities - Manage and monitor the full order cycle: entry, confirmation, updates, and delivery coordination.
- Supervise administrative and customs documentation related to international shipments.
- Work closely with logistics teams to plan shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Act as a daily point of contact for clients and agents, providing information and operational support.
- Support the administration team with invoicing, payment control, and credit management.
- Handle claims or post-sales issues, coordinating internal functions to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare periodic reports and analyses on commercial activities and market performance.
- Ensure alignment of local operations with the company’s global policies and procedures.
- At least 5 years of experience in administration, logistics, or commercial back office roles, ideally within structured international environments.
- Strong knowledge of export flows and European customs procedures.
- Excellent command of German (C1 level or native speaker) and good knowledge of English.
- Residence in Germany (mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset within multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in common office and ERP software (MS Office, ERP systems).
