The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.

We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Corporate Finance Specialist.

MISSION

He/She participates in the administrative-financial processes of the function, collaborating with the organizational units involved, with the aim of

ensure the standards required by the company and the relevant legislation.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Manage and define the credit policy including monitoring the credit limits assigned to each customer;
• Ensure contractual management of credit insurance;
• Coordinate the Elica Group's activities necessary to mitigate credit risk;
• Plan the necessary activities in order to ensure compliance with the collection values foreseen in the FCT;
• Support the various company BUs in resolving problems relating to credit issues;
• Support and progressive involvement in the work of financial planning, control and monitoring of cash flow and the Net Financial Position;
• Carry out final and forecast analyzes of the group companies, with support in the periodic organization of Group financial planning meetings;
• Support the implementation of new technologies, products and services aimed at optimizing and simplifying banking operations and financial efficiency;
• Contribute to the full execution and improvement of accounting processes;
• Prepare periodic analysis reports relating to the scope of competence.

• Master's degree in Business Administration or similar;
• At least 2 years of previous experience in the Finance/Administration Department;
• Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English are a must-have;
• Good knowledge of Office Suite (especially Excel) is mandatory;
• Knowledge of ERP SAP or similar software will be considered a plus;
• Knowledge of Piteco or similar software will be considered a plus;
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills will complete the profile.
