As a Service Technician, you will participate and actively contribute to the after-sales service at NHOA Energy through a truly customer centric and results driven approach.

Reporting directly to the Head of Service, you will oversee the after-sale activities for the plants installed worldwide.

Task And Duties:

•Perform the required scheduled preventive maintenance and the corrective maintenance activities on site.

•Supervise and monitor remotely NHOA Energy plants to guarantee the full operation of the systems and to maximize their performances.

•Reporting on corrective/preventive maintenance and on system analysis

•Remote and on-site support to the customer in terms of quick response in case of failure/fault on any components/assets to restore system functionalities in the shortest time possible.

•Answer via e-mail and/or phone to any technical inquiries escalated by the Client.

•Perform fast troubleshooting activities through plant HMI, data analysis and PLC code debug.

•Actively contribute to the improvement of the Service processes and procedures by providing "from the field" feedback.

•Support the production during the testing phase of containerized subsystems.

•Support the commissioning team on-site.

Your background:

•High-school Diploma in Technical subjects (electrical / mechanical / electronic or similar) or more than a five years’ working experience as electrical tester or maintainer

•Previous experience in PLC testing, programming, and coding (or at least basic knowledge)

Your Skills:

•Fast learning (also “training on-the-job”) on the functionality and critical issues of a product/system

•Strong interest in growing by testing himself/herself within a competitive reality

•Excellent problem-solving skills/Goal-oriented approach

•Ability to work in a team with a proactive mindset and motivation

•Good knowledge of written and spoken English (knowledge of other languages would be a plus)

•Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

•Availability to travel abroad even with very short notice

•Availability to work on shifts

Location: Hybrid -remote and Office in Cosio Valtellino (SO). Availability for travel (Italy and abroad) is required.
